paradox morph question

swedishjeep Mar 11, 2008 08:24 PM

hi everyone. sorry for the 'newbie' ball question. someone has offered me what he says is a 'paradox' ball python. he says its half normal phase and half axanthic. all i know about ball python morphs is what i've found in the last hour studying it online. the only 'paradox' morph im seeing is an albino.

here is a picture of it (as a link as i dont know how to get the picture in the post)

any input would be appreciated.
thank you

If this is the one you are referring to:

Then it is just a normal ball - not a paradox. But it could be het for axanthic - you wouldn't be able to tell by looking - you'd have to breed it out to prove it - if he has paperwork on it's genetics then that might give us a bit more insight.
