Was using Big Cheese, and like their product, but can't get them to respond to emails. Has anyone used both Big Cheese and Mouse Factory, and could you tell me whether their rats are of comparable quality? Thanks.

We have used both and are pleased with the quality. We currently have an order in with Big Cheese. Unfortunately, it has been almost 4 weeks and they are finally shipping the order. Their supply is pretty depleted. We used to use Mouse Factory, excellent quality and vacuum packed, just a bit more expensive.

Have you tried American Rodent? I don't usually have any trouble getting my orders from him. Also, I know Rodent Pro was having a sale on XL rats last week.

Kare, thanks, just emailed my order to M/factory . Mom, thanks also for your response, but prefer vacuum packed -- stores smaller, stays fresher -- which rules out Rodent Pro; not sure about American Rodent.

I've used both Big Cheese and The Mouse Factory before. I like TMF a little better.

I haven't used the mouse factory, but I always order from Big Cheese. They are slow to respond to e-mails,but are quick to help you out over the phone.
