A lil' more color...

These are all Sarasota County, FL SK's. Figured I'd get some nice feisty poses.... was right! Funny thing, these guys are hard to photograph -- on sand anyhow. The all eventually instinctively burrow downward... where as most everyone else prefers an upward escape route. Go figure!

Ah yes, my friend!,........quite the pretty little burrowers aren't they?,.........are they like Salmon swimming upstream when you hold them, or are they okay with it?..LOL!

I suppose Joe can tell you first hand.... but this area of FL seems to have some notable examples of elapsoides. Glad you liked'em!
