That question is impossible to answer, by definition.
A locale boa is a boa that's exact origin is known, either from being collected itself or the progeny of such boas.
There are varying degrees that people associate as locality. To some, if they have the region like Central America or Guyana Shield, then they call it locale. Others feel that knowing the exact country of origin is sufficient. And then others like myself feel that the only true locales are have more exacting information, like Iquitos Peruvians, Belem Brazilians, Tarahumara Mt. Sonorans, Liberia Costa Ricans, Baranquilla Colombians, etc.
Now a question you could ask, is what type of boa does mine most look like.
To answer that, your boa looks Colombian. Subspecies Imperator, aka BCI.

Ok, I see my error in the use of the term and I understand. You answered what I was looking for naming her as Colombian/BCI.
Thank you Chris!
