There are several reptile vitamin & supplement powders on the market. Probably the most popular is ReptoCal - I've been using it for years. I simply sprinkle some on my turtle's food once or twice a week. I usually give it when providing fruit, but it can also be sprinkled on worms or nightcrawlers.

If you are able to house them outside, I would say you can get away with adding no vitamins AS LONG AS you feed a very varied diet. My adults and hatchlings have done just fine without, however I will occasionally sprinkle some ground up egg shells on the food for extra calcium, esp for my nesting females.
