Has anybody thought of contacting Terri Irwin to be a spokesman for our cause? She could go on all the shows talk about how non-dangerous they really are. Just a thought.

Is she here in the US?
Does that matter?

Not a bad idea.
Highly recognizable, millions of fans.
Runs a zoo, so has credibility.
Passionate about herps.
Media contacts.
Positive image.

I think we need a little positive media coverage to offset the bombardment of negative coverage recently.

The fact that she was born in the USA,fem not so threatening to many News venues maybe.Makes her a great candidate to approach. It's not just like she's some famous Australian Herp enthusiast. Lar M
