these are pics of my peruvian, iris. ive had her for 13 days now. i was told shes about 4 and a half months old. i guess shes about 23" let me kno if you think thats accurate. the pics are about a week old. let me kno what u think. the pics arent that great. i didnt use flash. i didnt want to stress her with that since she was still setling in a bit.

heres her home, i took these a few days before i bought her, thats why the hygrometer says 16%. so far its been working out well, warm side temps range from 80-83, cool side is low 70s. humidity ranges from 60-90%. but most of the time its 75% or higher. the tub is 36" long x 15" wide x 13" tall

She is very nice and will only get better with age. Often times I think many Brazilian's have Peruvian blood and that makes them that deeper red color instead of orange, but who knows.

Anyway's nice little gem. Be sure and post pic's as she matures.

some bad yet good news..no feeding pics for another week. but fresh shed pics in a few days! i went to take her out to feed her when i saw she was in blue. the good news is shes shedding! this is telling me im doin something right =]

thanks. yea, spike is a bit cocky haha. he gives me a dirty look a lot...but hes still as tame as reptiles go. never bites or scratches.
