Info Needed

can u help me? i want a frilled dragon (if they are legal in maine) and i need to know the specifics, i never really found a good care sheet i need to know:

The Tank Size (arboreal or ground and in gallons please!!)
Food
Temp./Humidity
The Lizard's Behavior and taming level (easy, hard)
Water Bowl?
And any other things i may need to know!

I have a 175 gallon tank for mine. It's about 3 foot by 3 foot, by 4 foot. They are arboreal so I'd go with as much height as you can.
I'm just starting out as well, so far my dragon's pretty chilled out, I go with crickets as primary food.
Give them about 100 degree temp for the dragon's basking area.
