Jeff Schofield Mar 15, 2008 02:51 AM

I got this pr and dont know really what to make of em. They are from the same litter, both are hypos, but are a little different.

That first one has a base color different from regular hypos, similar to the base color of this one(littermate).

This is the 2nd hypo compared to a normal.

Compared to a normal ..what?
The first hypo pictured isn't all that different from what may be expected in any hypo look but the other definitely is....
What did Mark say his "super hypos" were?
I've hatched out a few hypos over the years and have seen more from other breeders.
I guess you need a little more info, huh?

Mike assured me they were pure Brooks, but others arent so sure. I do have hypo brooks x eastern f2s, hypo brooks x goini f2s, and regular hypo brooks....not sure why these are different. Thats kinda why I posted, to see if anyone else had seen anything like these before. Thanks,Jeff

That second one sure has a strong "sticticeps" look to it to me.

>>Hey Jeff. Are those Eastern X Brooks?

that's the same question I was going to ask. I seem to remember hatchlings similar to those posted from someone that did the hypo brooksi x eastern pairings

Been having computer problems. NO, I have east x brooks hypos, goini x brooks hypos, and normal brooks hypos. These are a little different, they are from the Bells Super Hypo line, and siblings. I am curious myself what they are...and have had a few guesses. The orange one's base color is different than other hypos.

These are in fact Brooksi-Goini if they are from the Mark Bell line. He had hypos and super hypos for sale in Daytona. I bought a pair of each along with a pair of hypos from someone else. I'll post pics. I talked to the guy at his table that takes care of these animals and breeds them and he said he has some adults that throw the supers and some that throw only hypos.
