I have 2 juvenile bearded dragons housed in the same tank. Today i caught them fighting one had the others leg in its mouth so i quikly separated them. The one's leg is now a little bit swollen but there is no puncture wounds that i can see of, and no blood, but she is not using her foot that much. So im keeping them separated but is there anything i can do for its leg.

Not unless you are willing to take it to the vet and have it x-rayed. They have tiny little bones and strong jaws. Could be a break or fracture or tissue damage. No way to tell w/o an x-ray.
