I have Egg Problems

My JCP just layed 20 eggs I did all the right things all ready had my Juragon incubator ready and running with the hatchrite substrate set up the temp was at 89 degrees F and the humidity was at 90 percent I took the eggs out all as one they were stuck togeather so I left them that way and set them in the incubator now 1 week later temp still the same and humidty still at 90 percent the eggs have start to collaps I have done al of my research and tried everything no signs of mold has started and I dont know if they are dead but I dont know where to go from here is there something else I can try is there something that I am missing I put a second themomator to check the temp and humidity and it is right on the money please help if possible I hope its not to late. Also has anyone else used this incubator?
