my latest milk acquisition.......

This nice aberrant animal is from adults that have consistantly produced ALL aberrant offspring in their clutches, so it indeed looks to be genetic in this case.

Pretty impressive, Doug! So richly colored, too.

Thanks Cole!, there are quite a few aberrants out there, and for some reason, most of them don't do too much for me, but when I saw this guy, I thought to myself,.......I like this one!

I like the fact that the craziness is all up and down him, not just here and there.

Iit looks ugly to me. I dont know why you would waste your time with that stupid Honduran milk junk anyway. I thought you had better taste than that Doug. What is this world coming.

Charlie,......there's just something about extremely ugly, drab, colorless animals that is very appealing to me!..hahaha!

very cool Doug. Who's line is it anyway? wait isn't that a show slogan?LOL....

DMong Mar 17, 2008 07:26 PM

Thank Shannon!,....Yeah, I watched that old show a few times myself..LOL!

I got it from a "small-time" breeder in south Fl. I wasn't able to get much info, or talk much, because I bought it right as they closed the lights on the show at 4o pm. And the others I went with were ready to "bolt" outa' there!

Glad you like him.

Great shot for starters but very impressive hondo... amazing color. Excellent new acquisition -- who produced it?

Chris

DMong Mar 17, 2008 07:36 PM

Thanks Chris!,.........I'm glad I picked this one up too, and thanks for the photo compliment. A good friend of mine knows the guy well, and he gave me the "low-down" but I was barely able to even buy him before the show shut down, so his name didn't catch in my memory. Later on, I'll ask my friend what his name was.

take care, ~Doug

nice pick up there. That one really has some nice deep colors to it. Did you get a mate for it or do you have other abberants you plan to breed it to?
