I just wanted to say that both Kathy and Bill were great people to deal with. I spoke to them a few times on the phone and a few more times by email, and they were both very helpful and very patient--especially Kathy, who shipped out my snake the day after she returned from vacation, having stayed up until 3:30 a.m. answering emails and working on orders.
The snake is just gorgeous, BTW.
