Miner-all dusting question

I have a U.V. light and I try to get my chameleons outside at least once a week for an hour sun. should I still dust with d3? or is the uv light and one hour enough for the chams to produce their own d3? what does everyone else do?

You should still dust atleast once a week. Also be sure to change your UV light every three months.

my question was not should I be dusting, it was should I be dusting with a d3 dust or not since they have a uv light and go out and sun tan at least once a month.
