Right after they've had their first post-brumation shed.

generally the females are accepting males after they shed.

Well I guess I got the answer to my question through here and with my snakes. I placed my 3 males with 3 of my females and within 5 minutes they were all locked up. Thanks.

congrats. Thats a great season! Immediate lock ups are so nice, instead of the constant waiting that I am going through. lol
