will snakes be ok at room temp for a few

days? I'm having some shipped to my parent's home for tommorrow and they are going to bring them to me on sunday. will they be ok at room temperature for a few days or should I arrange some manner to get them prior?

I assume you are talking about hognose or other colubrids. Of course. Don't feed them right before, and it will be fine. Snakes aren't that delicate! They use heat for digestion and to remedy parasites and other functions like shedding and incubating. As long as snakes are not doing those functions, they don't need extra heat.

Clarifying.. they will shed without extra heat, it is just that they often bask before a shed if they can.
