johnson/ranco thermostats...

bergmantis Mar 20, 2008 11:50 AM

I have a herpstat right now and love it. I was wondering if anyone used the johnsons or rancos and if they get the job done alright? I just want a less expensive stat to control a heatpad and was seeing what else works..

Herpstat is the best.

On/off types work with relays, these can break sticking full on or full off.

The Herpstat PRO is a 4 in 1 deal. Divide up the total cost it's like getting 4 thermostats for $80 a piece. Which is as cheap as you get for quality digital thermostats.
