If you got it from a pet store they always do that because of limited space. Also I think they were all from the same clutch.

Petstores house them together because of space/financial reasons...doesn't mean it's best for the animals. It would be virtually impossible for them to turn a profit if each animal had it's own 10g tank and heat pad, and in a business, sometimes you have to cut corners to stay afloat.

How come they always cut corners to the animals detriment? Far as I am concerned, if the petstore can't afford to house animals properly (at least providing the basic requirements) then they should only get as many as they can house comfortably. Better to set up a order procedure instead. Have one example of a pet and take orders for those customers who want one.

Give your dad the Corn Snake Manual to read. You can also tell him that the snake is also one of God's creatures. Just because Satan turned himself into a snake doens't mean they are all evil. You could also point out that in some other cultures the snake is considered a beneficial spirit.

Or you could tell him to get out of the dark ages and smell the modern world.

oh, by the way...Okeetees are the greatest!!i have a clutch in the middle of hatching right now and another clutch that should start hatching any day now that should consist of Okeetees and either snows or red albinos or maybe both. good luck with your snake!!!
