Hungry or just PO'd

dacherrypicker Mar 23, 2008 04:49 PM

I have three females that have been breeding for the past month! I went to offer them a decent sized meal today and only one ate...the one that has been breeding the most lol. The other two a little different story. The one struck grasped for a second then let go. No interest after that! The other shows no interest at all. I know it is usual for a female to go off feed but do you think the one striking is doing it because of hunger or protection? Just wondering. Thanks in advance!

She may have gotten bit, which is why she let go.
