What about live food? You need to give much more information about your dragon. Size, weight, age, sex. And your set-up. Size, lighting, temps. etc.
my beardie is a young male, he does eat live foods well, and he gets a fuzzy mouse once a month, he is in a 40 gallon tank with repti sand and a basking area with a platform that sticks to the walls of the tank. He has a basking light and uv light for day time and a night bulb.
oops I forgot to add that he is aout 17 inches long and is a year old.
first thing I suggest, is get rid of the repti sand.
Second, skip the fuzzy mouse, stick to a variety of insects instead such as crickets, silkworms, butterworms, superworms or hornworms. A year old dragon should be geting mixed greens daily with insects offered a few times a week.
Other info we need is the temperature of the basking area and ambient temps.
Is he eating all the insects you offer him daily? if he is filling up on insects, that is why he isn't eating his greens. Try just feeding greens in the morning, offer a few insects in the afternoon (or evening, as long as it is at least 2 hours before his lights go out)

PHLdyPayne
I 2nd LdyPayne's post. Dragons can be offered small mice (usually pinkies) very rarely. I never feed them. I feed my males live food twice a day until they are 450 grams. So it depends on how big a one year old you have.
The rest of LdyPayne's questions and suggestions are on the money too.
