Interesting project

I'm really curious how this will turn out. Hypo Lavander X Kisatchie. These two had just finished mating right before I took this pic.

well, basically you will get normals het hypo het lavender.
but, because the slowinski (kisatchie) is listed as separate species you will have hybrids het hypo het lavender.
This is something you need to make known to anyone these offspring or their future offspring may go to.
having said that, It will be interesting to see what the kisatchie influence will do to the hypos, lavs and possible hypo lavs when/if you breed those offspring together.

I'll definitely keep a few double hets back, since this is a two-stage process. Of course it goes without saying that any that are sold will be properly labeled as to their hybrid nature. I'm actually not keen on hybrids myself, but I'm doing this experiment to find out what effect the kisatchie genes will have both on the hets and the three possible resulting morphs (lav, Hypo and hypo lav)....

I'm really curious to see just how much like emoryi the kistachie
influence will be.
The hypos may be just what I'm looking for to enhance my cinnamon lines.
