Well after being out of the reptile game for a couple years I got a new pet. I've owned lots and Beardies are probably still my favorite- but my wife doesn't care for bugs in the house. So I went back to Uro's which I love as well. Picked this guy up from a local shop that actually has some nice stuff and breeds alot of his own stock. He seems to be putting on weight nicely- up about 10grams since we got him.

He's gonna become a HAWG in short order. Hope you're set up for that. We'd love to keep a pair but don't for the same reasons we don't own a horse LOL. Healthy looking lizard.

more like a bull in a china shop. mine is still small(13" and he makes a HUGE mess of his cage-dust everywhere. buries his bowl. pushes the slate around. empties out his "nest box"-kicks it all out the tube. food everywhere. i love him -my little monster. working on his new cage(6x3)now and giving him a 31 gallon roughneck nest box with a 6 foot tube. thought about setting him up like pro-exotics but...can you imagine?this is the next best thing. maybe next time with a floor over the stock tank.dog day afternoon.f'n awesome.

oh yes he's making messes of everything. sand is thrown everywhere. I'm glad I was able to give him some hides he likes or I'd be in a world of hurt!!!
