North Carolina and South Carolina LAWS

Can anyone give me any info on the laws in these two states in terms of keeping crocs? Ronnie

Ronnie,

At this time, there are no laws in either state governing the ownership of crocs. There are only laws concerning furbearers and their importation into the state. SC also has laws on certain fish species as well. Basically, they only have laws governing animals that they fear being turned loose into the wild and having an impact on native wildlife. Crocs aren't listed on either state.
