When I first got my blue bueaty at two weeks old (about 15 months ago) he was very friendly and not afraid of being handled, since I've had him he has gotten progressively more aggresive. Finally today he took a lunge at my finger, he has never struck at me before, and I'm wondering if it is the snake or if it's me?

when you feed it do you handle the rodent? any possibility it is associating your scent with food? I take mine out and have the mouse put in while were taking a walk, usually in a small cardboard box. that way it assc. a cbrd box with snack time.
