anyone heard of mixing your own sav food together? instead of all the feeder insects and rodents is there a recipe for something that contains all the nutrients/vitamins that they require?

this topic comes up all the time. read through the forum. in short dont bother, stick with rodents and insects.

It's called rodents. they work great. It doesn't get any simpler than that. About 1/4 of the worlds population uses a cooking utensil that has been around for something like 3000 yrs. It's called a wok. It's been around for so long because it's simple and it works.the point is there is a lot to be said about simplicity.
