had to say goodbye today to one of my long term loves of my life, Hera the beardie, she lived a good long life but i thought to say goodbye here with people who may understand how its never long enough with a beardie who steals your heart. by my est. she was 17, ~5 when i got her and i had her the last 12 years, she was a mother to many and a daughter to me...

17????? That's certainly long lived for a beardie. She MUST have had a good life . I can only hope mine lives that long. My heart goes out to you.

it is a greek godess, i took ver a lage breeding group years ago, almost all of them got greek names, only have persious left from that group, ill try to find pics...
