Hannibal is 1 year old today, and I am wondering if 45 grams seems likean average, or low weight for a boy his age.

Happy Birthday To You As far as weight you would have to wait for someone else to jump in and let ya know that. I have so many , I just eyeball it.

If someone looks thin I try and see why and do whatever I have to. If fat, I hire a personal trainer, hahahahha, lmao, like I say I eyeball it, unless I need a specific weight for medicines or something.

Yepo she's right.... I have two that hatched in July of last year, the female is a big girl, and a bit of a gannet, at 47g we've had to separate her from Asbo, hatched same week and still only 19g after she literally ate everything before he could even get a look in.

She's a heck of a lot bigger length ways even than my adult male and I've had him 2 years, but she isnt what I'd consider overweight, just a big lizard, lol. She has a very broad head, even when she was skinny as a tiddler her head was enormous, so i think she's what we'd refer to in people terms as "big boned". Saying that I've read some collaris species are much more compact/chunker than others. Kong is a good example of a big, but well proportioned chap.
