2007 Sibling of the Extreme Pearl

Conserving_herps Apr 02, 2008 07:49 PM

This guy is just 7 1/2 months old and is one of the hatchlings in the clutch that Terry Maheuron produced that contained the extreme pearl and other awesome extremes. Not much to look at but I hope his genes will help produce some great stuff when the time comes.

What I like about this guy is he eats any food you put in front of him and at this young age, he already is 280 grams before feeding today.

Pic # 1 was the original pic of the clutch posted before by Terry M. My hondo albino is at the bottom of the mayhem hatchlings....and pic # 2 is a closer look of the albino from the mystery hypo clutch that I just took today. I'm so grateful to Terry that I was able to get a sibling from that clutch. Thanks Terry!

Ray.

Ray,you are very welcome, your albino really looks great ,I have bred the mystery male to seven females so far this season, including the female hypo I got from you.By the way the female i got from you came out of brumation at 1410 grams .The three Xtremes in the post below are in the 180 gram range

I think she has packed in more weight. The last record I have of her weight was in the 1300s...and passing the mark of 1400 should give you a lot of eggs! She is vanishing pattern so it will be interesting to see if she can produce even some almost patternless hypos. Hope your mystery male hypo proves out. Can't wait to see what you will be producing this year!

Very exciting !

What morph is that! Cool.

A bit of fun sarcasm, yes, but really, as I see more hypos, albinos and snows, the tricolor Hondos are starting to stand out from the crowd for me. In fact, so much that I bought one after pondering over many morphs at a local show.

I can't wait to see what I get with this breeding.
