questions about brazilian boas?

i have a an adult female ball python and im thinking about moving up to a bigger snake and i am interested in a regular brazilian boa. if anyone can give me information about them i would greatly appreciate it. like size and cage size and temperment. anything that would be helpful. thanks.

I think you may have your terminology mixed up.
Brazilian Boas are somewhat of a specialty item.
North Brazil = Boa constrictor constrictor (BCC).
South Brazil = Boa constrictor amarali (BCA).
I think what you mean to say is - Colombian Boa.
Colombian Boa, Common Boa = Boa constrictor imperitor (BCI).
Of course you could be referring to a Brazilian Rainbow Boa,
Epicrates cenchria ssp., a boa but not a Boa constrictor.

For some reason I saw Brazilian and automatically thought he was referring to a Brazilian Rainbow Boa, LOL
