C'mon Shannon, you've got better pics of those to show off. I wanna hear the milkheads screaming and hear water falling on the floor.

offspring? Okay, you don't have to answer that question,
I know. And a female at that, D@mn! LOL!!!

Is that little gem from Lyon Co.? It's amazing
how much variability there is between locales.
Here's a pic of one of my Lincoln Co. animals.

Great pic Cole but what happened to the obligatory berry? Did she get tired of crickets and go vegan?
Nice stocky hatchling - looks great!
(watch out now, Shannons gonna come back with a couple pics that'll cause an uproar - wait for it)

This pic was meant to entice a few photos out of Shannon! Let's see if it works...

shannon brown Apr 04, 2008 11:36 AM

well, I am not sure what ones Jeff is talking about unless he is talking about the red orange capped female and faded male? they have been breeding up a storm also.
Can't wait to see what the babies look like.

I love the reverse red v on this girl.

here is a pic from (03) and in the center you can see that one has a real nice red cap.I know Jeff ended up with this one and I wonder how she looks now.

here is one of the two sisters gravid back then.

VERY nice line those Golden's are!!! I've got family in the area and have dreamt of just stumbling across some in the wild. Oh and the red-capped female you've got it OUTSTANDING!!!!! Thanks for sharing the pics and turning the gas up a bit higher on them for me!

Thanks Chris, they are really cool animals and they all stem from a wild caught gravid female from about 2 miles from my Grandmas house.I didn't find her but the guy that did told me just were he found her.She had 9 eggs that all hatched and there was only one male and he was the killer faded hypoish aberrant one.I was lucky enough to get him and two of his sisters. The guy let the rest go and had already let the female back go.

Well for what's it's worth great luck in acquiring them @ all and the animals from what you've started are simply amazing. Not even just the patternless male!

Thanks for the info,

Chris
