I keep/breed ball moprhs BUT am looking to expand into other pythons. i will be in Daytona and plan on getting a pair of Angolans and BHP's...Now...i have read a little about them but just wanting to know some basics..temperment, best temps and humidity...and what prices i should expect to pay for a pair of babies and or adults....thanks.....Mike

Check out Tom Keoogan's booth. He has some of the nicest ones, as does Matt Turner. Matt wrote a nice article in Reptiles mag about them. My pair are about 8' and as gentle as kittens.

Thanks a lot..I will check those guys out! Whats the proper age and weight for BHPs to breed?

There's a bit of differing opinion on that, but conservatively, 3 years for males, 4 for females. 7-8' is a good size.
