Lobsters and Meal worms

jacton Apr 04, 2008 02:30 PM

I'm doing a trial run to see if I can produce enough food to justify getting back into reptiles. I have a lobster roach colony started, originally 25, just had some first babies so.....maybe 50 (just a quick glance). My question..Is there any way to separate them efficently? I have OK results with chilling them first to slow them down, some slow down, others it doesnt seem to faze them...Didn't know if it could be done more effiecently? Also have 100 meal worms in a 12"x6"x4" container..is that enough room or am I going about it wrong. I have always fed crickets but no longer have the luxury of a barn separate from the house. Any suggestions welcome! Thanks
