We found this snake in our pool, we live in northern Georgia.

That is either a Midland water snake(NW GA), or a Northern-Midland intergrade water snake(N & NE GA). It looks more like the intergrade to me. Either way its not a Bull snake.
Nope. Bulls don't occur in Georgia and it is illegal to collect or keep native nonvenomous snakes in Georgia anyway.
i think it's a water snake of some kind but it's weird looking even for them. odd looking snake....are the eyes set high on the head?

I don't believe there are any bulls in GA. Pines yes.
