Scarlet Kings busy:

Oxyrhopus Apr 07, 2008 05:04 AM

Kept always seperate this winter, the males rejected their routine feeding so I put them with the females last night and it was a bunch of bite and hold stuff going on so the females will give in shortly. 3.3 in this breeding group. These are all south florida scarlet kings.

Very Cool... the yellow on some of them is amazing! Keep us posted as to how they all do!

They stay yellow. The panhandle versions mostly turn tangerine and darken. I havent seen many of the bright yellows of Miami locale in the last few years. Your Lake co may make up for that though,Jeff

I figured you'd have eggs from them by now. I usually do but my female is in her pre lay shed right now..so soon enough I guess.
