How many crickets was she eating in the past per meal? Did you let her eat all the crickets she could eat in a 5-10 minute period 2-3 times a day during her first 2-6 months, then 2 meals of insects a day till she was about 12 months old, then daily insects with greens with greens being about 80% of her diet?
There are a few reasons why dragons don't grow, and the biggest one is improper or not enough nutrition during the first year or two of life. Some dragons will still grow even after two years old if provided a proper diet.
If diet isn't an issue, (they are getting all they can eat of healthy food) then it could be something else lacking (improper temps for digestion etc) parasites (these leach nutrients from the intestine before it can be used by the dragon). OR it could be another medical reason the dragon is not growing. OR it could simply be genetics. Husbandry and parasites can be corrected and checked, genetics rely more on the dragon's background (how big were her parents? What about her siblings? etc.)
IN your picture, she looks skinny...her tail base is rather thin, the fat pads on the head behind the eyes are not apparent, may even be a bit concave and her limbs are thin. Have you ever had her checked for parasites? I think that would be a good step to start, bring in a fresh poop sample to your vet (refrigerate in a sealed sterile baggy or small container, don't freeze it) for a fecal. It wouldn't hurt to bring your dragon in too for a physical examination. Being small not sure if they can do blood work but that will be beneficial to see if its some sort of nutritional imbalance or chemical imbalance causing her not to grow as big as a dragon should be.
