Probing video??

Hey everyone! I was just reading through the probing question a couple of threads down. I just got a probe set for myself, but I don't know of anyone who could show me how to do it. I've read about it and understand what I'm supposed to do, but I don't want to try it without further instruction. Does anyone know of a good video that shows the probing process? Also, how do you know what size probe to use?

You can format your posts and signature using BBCode. Here are some common examples:
