Humidity

aalomon Apr 09, 2008 11:04 PM

Im concerned that my 6 month gtp is dehydrated. Humidity is 90% right after I spray in the morning (he does drink off his coils), I check that night and the humidity is 82%-85%, by the next morning it is at the lowest 75%. However, he is looking a little wrinkled. It has been about three weeks from his last shed, could he be ready to go again? He is a great eater, taking pinkies every week. He is currently being housed in a rubbermaid with a waterdish, papertowels for substrate, multiple branches and a horizontal heat gradient with 75F on one side and 85F on the other.
He is my first GTP and Im still learning. Am I worrying over nothing or is there something I can change? Thanks!

Sounds like a shed is coming to me... A pic might help...

I have had several animals shed twice in the same week... Probably nothing to worry about...

Good Luck
