Phantom morph is just albino ?

I was just browsing thru the leo gecko classifieds and it seems that the Phantom morph is just an albino leopard gecko with a bit fancier bands.

Can someone elaborate on what the phantom really is? or is it just a hyped up morph name for the albino?
