my smallest mangrove has had a bump on her head since i got her. its to small to see in pictures.anybody know what this could be?

i meant to say back about 3/4ths an inch from her tail

could be various things, but Indo species often come in with a parasite load, including tape worms that cause skin bumps as they move to the surface.
you might want to have a fecal done.

Another common injury that produces a bump are the puncture wounds that can occur from the extremely pointy claws of juvenile monitors that are caged to closely(with shallow substrate) or in the worst cases piled in together. These abscesses were common in shipments of baby Niles especially along or under their jaw line or on their backs... Get it in for a fecal and general check-up. That's a nice lizard!
