a uva bulb? for the bearde dragons? or which one should I get?

Pretty much every bulb provides UVA even Household bulbs. For UVB I would get a straight fluorescent tube the length of your enclosure. A Zoo Med 5.0 has penetration to 12" if it is not obstructed by a screen. A 10.0 is good to 20" unobstructed. Farther away than that and you'll need a mercury vapor bulb.
