my red eared sliders are finally hatching!!!!!! how long does it usually take them to get outta their shells? I have a 10 gallon tank ready, shallow end is out of the water with a heat lamp, the medium section is about a half an inch deep, and the deep section is 1 inch deep. The bottom is just an undergravel filter, no gravel. I also have an air pump on the deep end. Is this all they need? what is the best food to start them on? cn they eat guppies/ minnows? mealorms? floating sticks? thanks
