Well, Pueblan's can be kept just as Honduran's would in captivity, under the same conditions.
Adult Honduran's average around 4 to 5 ft. long, and some individuals can attain even longer lengths, depending on several factors, their genetic background(size of parents), feeding schedule, size of prey, temps, etc..., these will all factor in on the size any snake will ultimately reach.
The first type of albino Honduran ever produced in the U.S. were "tri-colored"(1991), originating in Europe, these were red and white with a light buttery yellow inner triad(ring), and of course were VERY expensive back then. Since then, the Tangerine color phase has been introduced into the tri-color albinos, and they started to show a more peachy/orange coloration to them. As this selective breeding continued, the "tangerine" coloration has become more and more pronounced, and today, they can display a more "bi-colored" look where the two orange colors are basically the same, or very close to being the same, these are the ones that demand a somewhat higher price, although they are MUCH more affordable than they were years ago, as more and more are produced, supply and demand governs herpetoculture like it does anything else in the world.
So basically, the answer would be the "peach", and "bi-colored" tangerines are more sought after in the hobby today.
