I'm in the process of getting certified to ship thru fed-ex.If this is done on line,how do you get a representative?I already have my form for the box testing/approval.Another question is,if they only ship business to busuness do I just use the name I've chosen on my cards?I'm not an official business just a hobbiest. I know some people use the fedex place to send from.... but i know if you dont have a receiving business name.... you have to go to fedex to pick it up... I go by sober serpents, but stuff gets shipped to my house.... just make up some name and say your business is far from your house and you'd rather have it shipped at your house than far away.... or something.... i'm doing the same process now... but the internet part wont work b/c i have a FREAKIN MAC!!!! UGH i hate the internet sometimes!!!! yes, i have a mac... most of the internet is made from macs.... make stuff MAC APPROVED!!! sorry jeff for the rant... hope your well, and good luck

I've never had a problem with receiving any snakes at my house by FedEx. They are just sent to my name at my address.

I just made a name up but I dont even write it on the airbills. I send to peeps house without a business name. I think it is just a formality for them and really dont care. It covers their "butt" so to speak.

Cover their butt!?! They do not have a butt to cover. Once you sign their little waiver, you are screwed regardless of what mistakes they make in shipping. I know this first hand this year. They missorted a package and delivered it 24 hrs late. All but one of my poor babies arrived frozen (and yes I had a heat pack). They oh so nicely gave me my shipping back, but did I get anythig for my animals???? Oh no......and I had to scream and go over peoples heads to even get the shipping!
