OT: Jack imitating a tree boa...

natsamjosh Apr 13, 2008 03:13 PM

Took him outside for some exercise, he seemed to enjoy climbing and hanging out in the tree in my front yard.

Thanks,
Ed

Beautiful snake---but what's with the flowers and leaves on that tree, and that green, green grass? Where do you live...Tahiti? We still have snow on the ground!

You're also braver than I am; I'd be afraid I'd lose my snake if I gave him the chance to climb a tree. LOL

Tahiti? Yeah, I wish.

We're in North Carolina, finally warmed up this week along with a lot of recent rain to rescue us from the drought. Once July/August rolls around, though, the lawn will be brown.

I stay very close to the snake when I bring him outside, believe me. Does anyone bring their rainbow boas outside to crawl around /exercise? Just curious.

Thanks,
Ed

Jack imitates rainbow boas, tree boas, is there anything this guy can't do?

natsamjosh Apr 13, 2008 05:40 PM

I'm still working on getting him to catch a frisbee, but that's not working out so well...

Thanks!
Ed

Very nice. Dont you love the spring? We've already had to cut the grass several times here in NC, the rains have been wonderful after last year's nonsense! A friend just got back from up north where they had snow. What's that all about? Ick!

Yes, it finally is spring! Where in NC are you? We live in Cary.
Also, we just got back from a week in NYC, no way in **** would I move back up north!!!!

Thanks,
Ed

I'm just outside of Charlotte in Matthews. The weather was fab today, too bad I got stuck inside doing paperwork almost all day!

So you have great weather in April while we have snow in Minnesota. Actually I like the four seasons, and it got up near 50 degrees here yesterday, so our snow mostly melted---although the pond on the corner is still covered with ice. At least our grass will be green all summer---when that finally comes!

Cool pictures, looks like it is summer already where you are. We are finally getting a few days here and there in the 60s and nights above freezing... yay!

Thanks. It wasn't planned, I just happened to pick the closest tree, and he seemed to enjoy hiding in the foliage!

Ed

Thanks Frank. It's just amazing how an animal with no limbs can naturally climb up and down a tree so easily!

Thanks,
Ed
