I probably shouldn't answer this considering I do not have personal experience with eggs turning but I do remember a discussion a while back about that very subject.
From what I read I would say that they should be fine.
I can't remember who it was but one of the posters actually turned a couple of eggs on purpose just to see what would happen.
They hatched.
So, I think they are OK.
Hopefully someone with more experience in this area, will respond to help ease your mind.

My first two clutches were in an incubator plugged into an outlet controlled by a light switch. Long story short BUT a friend turned off my lights while I went out of town for 5 days. When I came back I fixed it and saved all of the eggs but one. Unfortunately the shift in temperatures may have caused about 15% of the hatchlings to have kinked spines.
We learn through our mistakes (unfortunately).
Let us know if you have any problems but I think you may be okay (as long as they weren't shaken up too badly).
