You need to take your gecko to the vet. It probably has a parasite or an infection. No one here can help you, you need a vet!

You can never have just one gecko. Actually it is almost impossible to have two

I read the thinning of the tail and I assumed it was all shriveled up. What are you feeding it. 5 days is not a time to panic. I would try feeding it something other than what you are currently feeding it. I would take it to the vet if it continues not to eat for a few more days.
Until then, I would do the basics, check the temps in your tank. Could it be impacted? What substrate do you have? more info is needed

I use sand so i'm thinking it my be impacted. I heard putting your gecko in a warm thing of water for like 20 minutes or so helps impaction. Would it work?

it sometimes works, make sure the water isnt too warm though.

The last time she pooped was 5 days ago and that was normal and now there is no poop its just that white stuff so maybe she isn't impacted. Also she has been sleeping alot like even at night.

I'v had one gecko stop eating for a while (4 days or more at a time). You should worry if 1.they are loosing weight quick 2.have a wierd fecal or 3.possible impaction. I weigh my geckos and log it (I know...I am crazy) but you can catch illness quick. I also notice they walk around more when I covered three sides of the cage (less stress?). If she doesn't come around in a few more days or gets worse a vet check could not hurt (nothing alarming so far though).
