He's been through a lot...a move, a completely new space, and probably dealing with some cage adjustments and watching by his new anxious keeper! All these things can distract a little cham. Some suggestions:
Make sure the cage is set up in a quiet place and try to avoid changing anything around for a while. If there isn't a lot of cover in the cage (the more the better...if you can't see him easily that's about right) try covering part of it with a sheet to block his view of other animals, house activity, or a big view of the outdoors. If the cage is too low to the ground he'll feel more vulnerable.
Make sure he can hide from view and doesn't have to expose himself to view to eat. Put the feeder container in a place where he can shoot from covering foliage.
If he's drinking and basking he is doing OK. If he really won't eat check back with the breeder to see what he was fed before you got him (size etc). Don't completely smother the insects with dust...it changes the taste and appearance. A light dusting is better. Or, don't dust until he eats at least once to get him "interested".
Don't put too many feeders in the container at once. Baby chams can get so mesmerized by the movement that they can't single one out to shoot at.
That all sounds good to me. He ate today, so it was probably just some acclimation problems and me overreacting.
His enclosure is set up just like described.
Thanks for all your help so far.
