This is sort of a no mans land for posts - your question would get more attention in the main forum and I'd throw it out on the kingsnake side too.
In general, normal traffic doesn't disturb the majority of my milks at all in fact the agressive feeders poke their noses out hoping I'll drop a meal in the cage. However, high strung snakes will react to any motion or jarring (I can hear them spazz in the hide after being in the collection for 4-6 years).
Then, let's assume "normal traffic" doesn't include a full drum kit or unusually strong bass shaking the table/desk.
Keep track of the feeding and don't stress until you see a pattern of refusal, or worse, barfing from stress.
Could move the snake to a quiet spot if traffic is an issue with her.
If it helps, I've never heard of a snake suffering when placed in a busy environment UNLESS there was no comfy hide available.
