How to separate different sized roaches

I have a breeding colony of Dubias and a bunch of hungry baby monitors that eat about 50 SM roaches a day..

My question goes out to other breeders out there on how do you guys separate easily different sized roaches for feeding?

I hate to pick by hand 50 or more roaches by hand everyday from the colony to feed to the monitors. ( some which are killed in the process since they are so small )
