Ok I have a question on feeding, im a bearded dragon guy and never knew to much about the gecko so im not trying to ask stupid questions I just really don’t know.
My neighbor was giving a Leo and was told they only feed him 5 large crix every 3 days, this doesn’t sound write.
Everything else matches up to the rest of the website I have visited but I don’t see how many crix the will eat. The gecko is full grown so if you could please let me know
1 How many a day or how often?
2 also do you feed them greens at all????

I feed mine daily during breeding season but if you only have one and not breeding I would feed every other day. Mine generally eat 5 1/2" crickets.

What the prior owner tells you is about right, about the only thing is sounds like you could probably try for a larger cricket. We feed 3 of the largest crickets we can find (gutloaded and dusted with multivitamin powder every feeding) every 3 days.

Depending on the overall health of the gecko you can supplement their diets with different prey items from time to time. One of the easiest to obtain is superworms, but you must be sure your gecko has high calcium levels as the worm must be killed properly before swallowing as they are "the snack that fights back." Waxworms may be given VERY sparingly and there are people here would can suggest different kinds of roaches as treats as well.

Oh, and leos are 100% carnivorous, no salad. Good luck and welcome to leos!
